Your technicians could not diagnose the problem until I told them where to look. Yet you still charged me $200 for *not* being able to diagnose the problem! If you couldn't figure it out without my help, why am I charged the full amount? I should have gotten at least 50% off the service - I did half the work!

This was my second time requesting Putnam to see why my right-side mirror would not cover the “blind spot.” Both times another Lexus like mine was in your shop, and was used for comparison.
The first time, I wa told there was nothing wrong, my mirror was perfectly adjusted, just like the other IS 300.
The second time, thanks to Joe, the problem was found and fixed. (Bottom of mirror’s axis was no longer properly seated.)
So, Putnam gets mixed reviews, but Joe gets a HERO award.

Service took quite a bit longer than originally estimated, but with the complimentary loaner car it was not a problem. Greg was pleasant to communicate with and always responded promptly. Car drives well again and the loaner gave me a little peace of mind for when I eventually need to find a newer model.

Great and friendly service as always., The numerous automated follow up texts, emails and phone calls are annoying. One, whichever format would be sufficient. I feel like i get bombarded with at least 2 phone calls + texts -+ an email everytime i get service done.
