After I left Putnam, the TPMS Check System Warning immediately came on. When I got to Alameda I called Putnam service and they said my TPMS sensors are bad and I need to get them replaced. Why didn’t you guys see this on a test drive?
I’ll be going to a local Lexus dealer to have it repaired

Service advisor did not introduce himself. Someone else checked me in. Never heard from anyone for 90 min. Was not told what the issue with the tire was (it was losing pressure). Finally had to ask the people at the counter- oh yes, your car is ready! What was wrong? Oh, they found a nail in it. Okay- why didn’t anyone tell me??
First time- poor service. It’s always been a pleasure to take my car to Putnam. Hoping that this last time was just an off-day.
