My recent visit was a good experience. Richard was attentative, prompt getting paperwork processed, my loaner arranged and kept me abreast of my cars status from the beginning to the end of the appointment. I am extremely disappointed in my service experience. I purchased a service contract with the purchase of my car at Putnam. I was told I did not have a contract when I was there for service and needed to pay the service. I then notified the Service manager and sent a copy of my contract to the manager once I was home and had the contract in hand, and have heard nothing back from Putnam--We have been long time clients of Putnam, and frankly at this point would like to cancel my service contract and receive a refund

We were surprised that there were no longer snacks offered while people are waiting. They used to offer it so we had planned on it and were stranded when we got there and found out they had stopped offering that amenity. It seems like a pretty standard offering at a luxury car service shop.
