Winston helped us get the correct service completed on our 2010 RX450h. We’ve gone off the typical maintenance schedule as we don’t drive as much as expected. Winston advised the best service for the car and it was ready for pickup about two hours later. It worked great for us. The convenience of Putnam Lexus service for us can’t be topped and everytime we’ve gotten our cars back they’ve run great.
