I didn’t have an appointment since my low pressure tire happened that morning. After putting more air in my tires, light was still on. After calling AAA, tech had discovered nail in right back tire. Tech suggested I take tire in for repair ASAP. Given I had purchased my tires a year ago from Lexus dealership, Kent took care of me on a busy Saturday. That is customer service. I did not mind waiting nor getting a car wash as service was busy, as long as I knew the tire was going to be repaired. I had comfort knowing Lexus backs it products and service, plus cares for safety of their customers.
