To be honest I have brought my car for service twice and both times everyone was extremely nice for the most part but it seems to go left when it comes time for an update and to notify me whether my car is done or not. Also, my specialist was fairly pushy when it came to adding service work to my car. I get that they want to make a sell but this time the guy seemed Ingenuinious. Otherwide everyone else were great and friendly. Also, I was pretty annoyed it took an hour and me calling twice to request the shuttle to pick up my car. But oh well maybe next time will be better.
