Came for Tire replacement due to punctured nail & drop off my car in the morning , Shuttle drop me off at my work place, the driver was nice & courtious.

Me after the tire replacement was done, I noticed they also washed & vaccum the interior , Im happy my car was so clean . Im satisfied with the Putnam Service dept. & all the team that worked hard to make their customers happy.

Great service! Fred greeted me right away, was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a phone call one hour into the service and asked if I needed a shuttle and told me the time my car was going to be finished. His communication was very helpful and professional. :)

Upon returning to pick up my car for maintenance, reading the report, I learned that they recommended the wiper blades should have been replaced.
That wasn’t done. Nobody called to ask. When I picked up my car at the 6 it was too late.
I wish someone during the repair process would have had a call placed to ask me if I wanted the recommended action done. I would have had it done.
I was disappointed about this, but am not going to drive back at this point to Redwood City to have it done.
