I am extremely disappointed in my service experience. I purchased a service contract with the purchase of my car at Putnam. I was told I did not have a contract when I was there for service and needed to pay the service. I then notified the Service manager and sent a copy of my contract to the manager once I was home and had the contract in hand, and have heard nothing back from Putnam--We have been long time clients of Putnam, and frankly at this point would like to cancel my service contract and receive a refund
