Joe is great! One small issue - my steering wheel had a sticky tar like substance on it post my appt. Super gross. I tried to cleaning it myself, but I was unsuccessful. I contacted Joe and will bring it in to get addressed.

I was disappointed that I did not receive a call when my vehicle was finished. I ended up calling 30 minutes after I was told it would be done and it had been. I was needing a pickup and did not want to deal with traffic during rush hour. In addition, when I picked up my car there was dirt/mud in the back of my car. I love that you wash and vacuum the cars, but to leave it with fresh dirt/mud in the back was very disappointing. I was able to let someone from the dealership know about it and he was very nice and cleaned it. I do think your quality control should be better though.
