Over all everything went well but I did have a concern regarding the communication between Gordon and I. I received an email from Gordon regarding a tire replacement for my car but I emailed him back and still until today I have not heard from him. I tried calling him a free times and emailed him again but no response and at the end I needed to find out when I could pick up my car. To do so i actually had to go through 3 people when he could of provided my the answer to my question. I had to schedule another appointment to for the service instead of getting it done the same day. I dropped off my car before 10 am and did not pick up until 630p so for my first time at this dealer ship it wasn't the best with Gordon. However once we got over the hump and got in contact with Fadi I was able to get my car. Thank you to Fadi and the evening crew they were super helpful and very professional
