Very disappointed. I have been using your facility for a decade. I hate to even think of the thousands of dollars that I have spent at your shop. Recently my Lexus radio was damaged by a piece of wood that smashed into it when I was cut off by another driver. Ever since, my car has been producing a mind-numbing ticking sound when ever the ignition is on....even with the radio off. After two months of waiting for my car to be repaired, my insurance company informed me that your shop called me a liar, and that the damage was not caused by what I explained it to be. I am so incredibly disappointed and insulted by the terrible service that I have received from your shop as well as from my insurer, Farmers Insurance. I can’t believe that, two months later, I am still waiting for my car to be once again in drive-able condition, and so disappointed in the terrible service and insult that I have received from businesses like yours to whom I have been so loyal. You disgust me.
