Did not actully porceeded with manufacturer's warranty request like I asked. Instead, told I would be denied and refused to even asked. Tried to sell me tires instead.
After a ton of text messages explaining to him I didn't agree with his assessment of it not being of premature wear and tear (he also didn't even define what that mean to him or Lexus. ) , I called Michelin directly. Within 5 minutes they set me up with a claim. They said yes, balding tires at 40k on tires with 60k warranty is premature. They were surprised how Putnam Lexus was so unhelpful. They referred me to another place.
