Fred communicated with us for the issue of the vehicle well, we contacted insurance company with his suggestions. He quickly fixed the car after insurance company approved the cost. Fred finished the work with high efficiency. We appreciate his help and work.

I would like to suggest better monitoring of the preparation of the vehicle prior to the delivery back to the owner. I would prefer skipping the car wash and tire dressing if it is not done properly.
