Joe was extremely helpful in getting my car serviced properly. If he had not suggested a couple of items that needed to be checked along with the usual 60,000 mile service, the extensive rodent damage to my wiring system would not have been discovered. He also suggested that I call my insurance carrier to see if this problem was covered, and it was. I had no idea that would be the case. He kept me well informed as the insurance adjuster inspected the damaged and ok’d the necessary repairs. I was very impressed and thankful for his help from start to finish.

Fadi is awesome to work with, Fadi made my experience positive and seamless. I was having my trunk repaired and the 125,000 mile service simultaneously, Fadi walked me step-by-step with the process with my trunk and the 125,000 mile service, this is why I like to come to Putnam Lexus because I know Fadi will have my best interest at heart.
I would also like to give an excellent complement to Judy the young lady that helped me with the courtesy vehicle, Judy was very professional and polite with explaining the details of the Lexus RX since I was not familiar with all the doodads and gadgets.
This was a great experience from start to finish I will definitely recommend Putnam Lexus to all my friends and family!
