While my car was completely cared for, in the process of observing how your service facility looks nearly like a hospital I also witnessed someone pulling out a serviced SUV and hitting 3 stacked up tires resulting in the need for a new grill for that other car. Your drivers should know how to drive.

I left my garage door remote clipped to the visor in the rental vehicle which was a silver Lexus ES-350 hybrid 4 door sedan. The garage door remote is a two channel black remove with two buttons.

Kent was great! Super nice and informative. Went the extra mile to show me how to use the new Apple CarPlay. Definitely redeemed Putnam Lexus after I told myself I wouldn’t go back due to prior poor experiences.
Only issue I had with the experience (not related to Ken) was that my car wasn’t fully dried when I received it (door sills still wet) so I had to dry it myself.
