This was the second time I brought the car in for the same problem. There were other issues that were handled well and I was satisfied with that. Brit the diagnostics on the original issue, the car top not functioning, wasn’t. So I had to bring it in again. And, I was charged on what was missed the first time. This is completely unacceptable. My wife complained, but she was still charged. After spending over $4K the week before, charging over $200 for what was missed the first time is petty and wrong.
