Fred was fine but the service at Lexus has become so overpriced, especially for the nickel and dime-ing that is occurring. As a part of my 90k service that is $1600 for a bunch of fluid topping off and tire rotating, a car wash is included yet my car was barely washed. Looked like maybe someone had hosed it down. I drove probably 30miles and was charged $20 for gas. The list goes on, sadly after both of our services this go round, my husband and I have started researching other options for servicing our cars.

1. I informed the service rep that rear hatch door makes a ticking sound during opening and closing. Although the post service report talks about it and says they have cleaned some dirt and sprayed something, I still hear the same ticking sound while opening and closing the door.
2. I am not sure if I should expect this as part of the service, but if the service includes washing the interior of the car as well, then the interiors can be cleaned.
