Ken did a good job but I was told the shuttle would pick me up at 3:45 at work. Then they called me to let me know that the shuttle wouldn’t pick me up because it was available till 3:30 and I told them I left work at 4:15. They said they would send an Uber. I received 5 messages from Uber saying they were on heir way and nobody picked me up. I waited 25 minutes and nothing happened so I went to the dealer with a bad back. They washed the car and was terrible. The windows looked like they had been cleaned with shoe polish. It was a terrible experience and was extremely disappointed.

I bought a certified lease return and paid a bunch for an extended warranty. My car noticeably has a speaker issue on the right side that is so annoying. The tech stated the bass was all the way up. Not true and what if it was!?!? It is still making an annoying scratching noise. The report on the car said that the air filter was dirty as well and there is no confirmation that this was replaced.
