I was very satisfied with the service that was provided to me by Putnam.. and Joshua's service was excellent and professional. I came in because my tire had a hole in it and needed replacing but I was able to walk out of Putnam with an oil change, tire rotation, car wash and they also vacuuming that was needed.

The car service is excellent. Advisor is friendly and helpful. However, the lounge needs improvement. It is old and the refreshments were gone. Should add some snacks and update the lounge.

1. Service Representative Randy is Excellent ! both two weeks ago and today....attentive, accommodating, polite, efficient, apologetic for things beyond his control.
2. My issue is with your waiting room. No newspapers, no television other than useless local broadcast channels cooking, cartoons, & chit-chat.
Why cannot we have access to the morning financial news and markets ? to sports ? why cannot you have Comcast or Direct TV ? is it too expensive ? raise your prices.
3. no internet connection on the one old computer in the "business area". if I had known I would be stuck there for 2 hours (thought 30 minutes) I would have brought my own laptop.
4. food selection for customers very limited, to basically junk food. I would rather not eat. two hours hungry and bored.
