I had a terrible service from Fadi. I was waiting at the lounge for more than one hour after the my car was ready. He did not come to lounge to inform me that the car was ready. Val took excellent care of me and my car. He was attentive and genuinely concerned. I live 1.5hrs away and was in Palo Alto for work. It it totally worth my time to bring my car back to Putnam for service and upkeep. I have been a Lexus owner since 1993. (I still have my 93 LS400). This is the kind of service I have come to expect from Lexus. Monterey Lexus failed to meet that Standard.
