Tried to rob me. Told me that I needed to spend 1100 for a new key. Your staff made me feel terrible. I am not stupid about my card model year I went to another dealer ship and paid only 400. I will never return to this dealership again. My family has bought several Lexus from this dealership including 1 that I bought in 2015. Did not expect this type of treatment.
