Joe was great but as I mentioned to him I was a little frustrated with the loaner process I was supposed to get a loaner car there weren’t any available I waited for an hour and a half to wait for hertz and when I went to the girl at the front desk she was kind enough to just have your driver take me over to hertz to get a car. Hertz apologized. They were very great and they also said don’t worry about the gas so it ended up fine but the amount of time I had to go out of my way was frustrating. Thank you. Cheryl

This experience was much different from last. Lexus Southbay in Torrance does a brilliant job in being transparent when it comes to their patrons vehicles.
Benjamin, can further explain. I told him exactly dissatisfaction.
Example: when I dropped off my car I was told that I’ll get you an online 10 percent discount. ( customer will hold you to that) when I got a call about front breaks and rear leak that oh we don’t have a discount for this type of work.
Then why set an expectation?
I believe in your product. I encourage to actually train staff to be upfront about everything it will create more loyalty.
