I did milage test and i didn’t received the paper works about the test. I asked to Kent about the paper to prove the test with the speeds and the consumption of the car, he told me that Lexus can not provide this and said that the only way to prove it was through photos on the phone of the technician who performed but nothing I received and just showed me, I asked if this was the way lexus checked the service, he was ironic and told me that he was closing the store and that it was already out of his schedule. He said he could not prove the test through any paper. I do not think Lexus works this way, because I paid $ 215 dollars and just asked for a paper to prove the gas consumption test to know the speeds hit! I was not at all pleased to be treated with irony on his part, the mechanic was super kind and tried to explain, but he only had photos!
