Compared with the days when I first visited the Redwood City Lexus, service has been going downhill. The reception staff are not as warm and friendly as before. I seldom see someone looking up to greet customers with smiles.
The snack used to be GREAT! It was an overkill by most standard, I must admit but it was befitting the image of old time Lexus that aspired to excel above the average and pampered customers with quality beyond expectation.
As for friendly and cheerful Josh, I am giving him an A for today’s service.
