While my car was in for a longer repair I was SURPRISED to find out quality control had not seen an electrical problem ( new) very clear to me as a lay person trying to leave in my newly serviced car. While not pleased with this I was eventually redeemed by:1. Putnam admitting the problem then2. Swiftly and competently correcting the problem and making it as convenient as possible for me. Bottom line: anyone can create a problem but correcting it courteously and promptly is essential to keep the customer. I was valued and was kept informed and my own inconveniences were recognized and eased.

Ben did an adequate job. Here is where I felt your service fell short: when I pulled into the service bay, there were a number of Putnam employees milling around and talking to each other. Not one of them greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. I stood by my car for at least 5 minutes before Ben appeared to help me. As I already stated, I think he did an ok job.
