I requested assistance pairing phone when I arrived at 840. I was told that when my car was finished at 1030 or so the technical person would be available. But tech person was assisting another customer. I waited over30 minutes. Another service person tries to help.Icould not continue to wait.I asked to be called as I would be in area for another hour,left my carf. No call. Still waiting.

1. Winston was busy so it was someone else who helped us. 2. Service appointment website needs to be fixed. It gave us an appointment somewhere in Texas. Too far to go for a wheel alignment! 3. Waited a while before the lady at the guest service decided to ask if we were taken care of. For a good 5 minutes, she was just sitting at her desk doing nothing. :(

I was on my way to work when I started my car and noticed it was slow to turn over. I stopped by without an appointment but it was no problem- the guy who greeted me remembered that Greg is my service advisor, who happened to be there. They ran tests, determined I needed a new battery, had it in stock, and replaced it, all in less than 45 minutes. I was extremely happy. Thank you to everyone there, I always have a great experience!

The usual difficulty in communications with the Lexus service department with a Platinum service. Generally, it is very difficult to schedule these, and in this particular case there was no communication to me that the car would not be picked up on time, and then no communications that it would not be delivered back to me on time (no later than 5:34pm) nor that they would keep the car overnight. I called at 8am the next day and then again at about 9:45 before getting a report - and I only got this since I refused to be put into vmail again. I'm not sure why I continue to put up with this. Also, I do not understand the report I got on the car, not why I was not called about it before the car was returned.
