I was very satisfied with Kent. He tried so hard in helping to get my text messages to show up on the display again-- it hasn't shown for over the last 3 services. He was able to solve it with his phone, and gave me the solution ,which was great, however, it is still not working with my phone-so it is a problem still needing help with.
