Val took excellent care of me and my car. He was attentive and genuinely concerned. I live 1.5hrs away and was in Palo Alto for work. It it totally worth my time to bring my car back to Putnam for service and upkeep. I have been a Lexus owner since 1993. (I still have my 93 LS400). This is the kind of service I have come to expect from Lexus. Monterey Lexus failed to meet that Standard.

While you have exceptionally high service your pricing is significantly higher than other local dealers. Had you not had the service special for Labor Day, I would have done this appointment at Stevens Creek. Even with the price break it was still $100 more than their pricing. Going forward if there is no discounting, I may go else where. Thanks for your interest in feedback!
