I told the man that extra miles were put on my vehicle while it was being serviced. He said that 57 miles were put on my car that day and that I must have driven it. I did not put 57 miles on my car. Someone drove it while it was supposedly being serviced.

Ken did a good job but I was told the shuttle would pick me up at 3:45 at work. Then they called me to let me know that the shuttle wouldn’t pick me up because it was available till 3:30 and I told them I left work at 4:15. They said they would send an Uber. I received 5 messages from Uber saying they were on heir way and nobody picked me up. I waited 25 minutes and nothing happened so I went to the dealer with a bad back. They washed the car and was terrible. The windows looked like they had been cleaned with shoe polish. It was a terrible experience and was extremely disappointed.
