Richard is very accommodating. He understands my needs and always fulfills them. I live in San Jose but will drive to Redwood City just because Richard Nguyen and Putnam Lexus has a more personable staff that make me feel welcomed.

Fadi is wonderful and always goes over and above what needs to be done.
This service was an emergency after I had a blowout of my front right passenger tire and needed some immediate attention.
I was towed to Lexus, Fadi waited for me and found exactly the tire I needed.
I arrived at 4:00PM when he was scheduled leave for the day, but he stayed with me until after 5:00 PM like he would do for his Mom. I am almost 74 years old! He refused the monetary gift I offered and really calmed me down as we chatted while waiting for the wtore to be inst

Service by Fred Young was excellent. The survey from the manufacturer was too involved (minimum 25 words etc) and asked for info I didn't want to provide so I failed to complete it. Wasting my time.
