I’m very satisfied with the fact that I was able to make a maintenance appointment right after texting and I received the shuttle service. Thank you very much for that.
However, I went to the front desk after arriving at the office when I was informed that the service was completed, but I was told that my car wash was not finished yet and that I would receive additional text once it was done, which meant I had to wait in the office for nearly an hour. Unfortunately I did not receive the text, so I had to check multiple times on my own. This was quite disappointing.
