Randy is an excellent adviser. He is knowledgeable and very responsible to make sure our car meet the safety requirement. He also reminded us the deadline for the factory warranty , that we really appreciated. We trust him as our car advisor , this is why we keep coming back to Lexus dealer for service.

Made appointment to have low beam headlight bulb replaced. M chance could not do the job and said they would have to remove the bumper to reassemble the lights they tried to remove. They said the light bulbs I supplied would not work. The lights were not reassembled correctly. Hours later I got the car back and took it to a local shop that installed my bulbs in just a few minutes. No confidence in Putnam Lexus. Wasted my time.
