Thank you making comments available. David did an outstanding job on my car. It looked so clean and shiny I hated to drive it from the parking place. He said about two hours and he was correct. While I couldn’t see all the internal steps that had been done rotation of tires etc I appreciated how much effort had gone into this service. My husband and I bought the car . He drove it only twice , was hospitalized at the VA in Pali Alto and passed away this January. I truly appreciated the great care was given.

Loaner car wasn’t available even though I reserved my appointment online with purpose of having a loaner car available.
Upon return I mentioned to Lexus that I had a hard time refueling the gas as the gas station pumps clicked as if the gas tank was full. Gas even leaked out the side when I was trying to forcefully fill the gas. I was hoping to not get charged but without any notice it looks like I got charged. Not a great overall experience at Lexus.
Service to the car on the other hand seemed ok but I don’t know if I’ll be returning to Lexus for any service beyond standard warranty in the future.
