I had an excellent experience with my service representative, Ben, at the Lexus dealership today. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and attentive. He kept me fully informed throughout the entire service process and personally called me as soon as my car was ready. Ben clearly explained all the details of the service performed, including costs, and even went the extra mile to help address an issue with an odor coming from my A/C.
Ben is exactly what I expect from a Lexus representative. He truly encompasses the values and level of care Lexus is known for.

Randy is great and is always professional and the service, lounge, loaner car all great. I was frustrated that a 4-hour repair turned into nearly 8 hours. I was also shocked to get a $12,000 estimate file biohazard. Doesn’t make me want to get repairs done there anytime soon. I brought my car to you originally because I thought it was going to be a warranty issue or something that may have happened after my last visit and just needed a a quick check. Once I learned it was a rat in my system. I should have taken it to my other guys. They are ex Lexus and told me it would only have taken an hour or so, and it would’ve been a fourth of the cost.
