I was texted on 11/5 about my car being completed at 11:34am. I was at work. I returned it the next day on 11/6… I looked at my credit card statement today and saw that I was charged for $165. I did not receive a receipt for this. No one spoke to me about it. You guys just charge customers cards without talking to them.. also my service representative tried to charge me for my oil change when I have bought the maintenance package.

Scheduling the service was a breeze. Mr.Kim was friendly and professional. I appreciated getting a ride back to work AND being picked up to get my car. The car wash was a nice touch, although there a lot of debris from the towels left on the car. Overall, positive experience and I will definitely come back.

When I took my car in, although two people helped try to confirm the issue they could not. They stopped when they couldn't see the issue. They didn't ask another employee to check. I suggested they drive the car, they said no. I went back home disappointed. I had to take a video to prove the issue existed. When I picked up my car, no one there was technical enough to answer any questions or to confirm the fixes with me. Very transactional.

I chose Putnam service because everyone there are doing an outstanding job. I live in San Francisco, and Lexus in Serramonte is a lot closer to me , but I still want to have my vehicle serviced at Putnam. Especially this time with Randy. He did an exceptional job and he was able to get my vehicle done on the same day with the promised time. .
