Everything was excellent UNTIL I came to collect my car. My key was missing from paperwork. I asked if key could still be in my car. She said no. I was waiting for a long time when finally I decided to go find my car. Yes, key was still in the car. Also left in the car were all the protection plastic cover for seat, paper mat, waiting card and another paper tag. I tried handing it to an employee I saw passing by, but was told me to give it to a valet. Who is that? So I brought it to office and told her I found my key.

It started with Greg. I arrived without an appointment after Serramonte Lexus service told me I had the wrong maintenance plan. They should me what looked like the wrong schedule for my IS 500. Greg checked and said I was good and apologized for Serramonte Lexus. He squeezed me in and Fred took over. The experience I had at Putnam was excellent. 10 times better than Serramonte. I will start driving to Putnam for my future service on both my Lexus cars. Great job Putnam, I wish I came here from the beginning.
