The right rear suspension spring was found to be disconnected upon delivery to Putnam Lexus in Redwood City. The service department did an excellent job, locating the problem and coordinating the repair with the factory. We are very pleased with the level of effort that it took to fix this problem.

I waited for my car to be serviced so tried to watch the tv in the customer lounge. TV remote did not work well and very few channels were available. Hopefully that will get fixed as it’s nice to have access to a tv when you have to wait several hours for service to be completed. David did a good job in overseeing service on my car and keeping me informed. He’s always very courteous and provides good customer service.
