The wait for the shuttle drop off was 1hour long and I ended up waiting for the service to complete instead. There was not follow-up or update neither when the next shuttle be available. The experience was worse than the service I had with Putnam Toyota when I had my Prius serviced

George and his team were very attentive with our oil change service. What impressed me was the after care of the oil change service . I found our driver side car door had a small ding that wasn’t there before after the car oil change service . George did not miss a beat and took care of us , arranged to have a complimentary repair for us the following week. The ding is gone , we are very happy with George follow through. Brian at the customer service desk took care of me as well . He match a SUV rental for us for the day . Brian took the time to match up a same size car as our sedan so I would be comfortable driving the rental car for the day . That maybe our next car now , since we are looking for a second car for our family. Thank you for the extra care and also when I bring the ding on the car to George’s attention he did not argue with me and just took care of us.

David Liss is a true professional. He is patient, kind and always walks me through the service process. I appreciate this! He lets me know the progress of the servicing and gives me frequent alerts when it is not ready (so that I don't waste my day waiting for the car).
