The team are very helpful. The payment link is a problem. I think it has a glitch. It shows CVV number errors but it charged to credit cards. I thought it failed to pay and I kept made payments. I have to call my credit card and the team to check and cancelled multiple payments that I made. The team checked and helped me out. Thank you

I am certain the service was fine regarding the lost key. What I don’t understand is how on earth you feel charging $300 per hour to set up an additional key for her car is excessive. I realize you have a company to run but there should be some kind of difference in charging for an actual fob. My car is now my mother-in-law‘s car since I sold it to her. I personally would never do business with Lexus again.
