From my brief encounters with Fred on 5/30/23, I thought Fred fit the ideal persona for a Lexus service agent. Even though he seemed quite young, there was no hint of inexperience. He was very courteous, pleasant, and conscientious. He reminded me more than once to please contact him if I had any questions or concerns during the service (while checking the real time personal service app). I appreciated him making the effort to find me in the waiting lounge to let me know that he would be leaving for the day and that Mario would be taking over when my car’s service was complete. I believe that how all types of employees behave, is a direct reflection of Management. I always look for happy personnel and feel good if I think I’m taking my business to where workers are valued and treated well. Based on my few visits since I purchased my 2022 RX 450h, I can and do recommend Putnam Lexus.
