I feel ripped off at least somewhat every time. My car has 215k miles and a spark plug needs to be replaced. The cost for that was crazy high, plus 300+ for a diagnostic fee. And a laundry list of other repairs. My advisor apparently leaves about 3:30, so he called with an update, but I missed the call and got voicemail. When I decided to just pick up the car, I called your service department and told her my intentions. When I arrived, I was first told the paperwork isn’t ready. She ended up getting help from another advisor, he was the nicest guy you could ever meet. The advisers are great. Hate the game, not the players. Owners dictate the game. I’ve had two Lexus cars since 2000, but I doubt I’ll get another, I just can’t.

I can reproduce the sound that comes from the left front wheel. It happens specifically when we break, but it’s not the break. I think it’s the suspension when I break the suspension goes down and up and it makes a squeak noise.
