The customer service is very good however there is a scrsrch from where they had to remove the window. They said they would order the part and call me when it comes in

My credit was charged for over $9 the same evening and I assume it’s the loaner car gas? I literally drove from the dealership to my work in burlingame which is only 11miles round trip and I haven’t gone to anywhere else with the loaner car. I was charged for the gas that evening. The gas tank was full and definitely it’s not over $9 which I was charged for. I will be calling the dealership tomorrow when it opens. I came in in Saturday, 6/20/26.
