1) I needed a shuttle ride to come pick up my car at 3:00, but had a TERRIBLE time getting through your phone system to anything but voicemail—a 3 digit extension # is required to get to specific people…very frustrating, and I worried that you’d close before I could get a ride. Perhaps a separate, published number where guests can request a shuttle (among other things).
2) When I called to schedule service and was offered a shuttle ride, I asked if drivers were Covid-vaccinated, and was told “We don’t know that.” Although I am vaccinated, I am in a high risk category, so this is important to me. I feel that a high end company like Lexus should be able to offer its “guests” peace of mind by assuring them that it does everything to ensure their comfort and safety, especially during a pandemic. Riding in a shuttle is a close-quarters situation, so I feel all drivers AND guests using this service should be required to be vaccinated…masks may not be sufficient protection. This is a good business practice, as well as a matter of courtesy and common sense.

Ok item I noticed after the service was finished is that the air pressure in the tires were not balanced. One side of the car was 3-4 pounds different than the other side. I will bring the car back in.
