I had my right hip replaced 6 days before the service, so could not drive for a couple weeks. So I greatly appreciate Putnam picking up
the car at my house, and bringing it back serviced and washed - without me even having to get up. Thanks - I appreciate the service!

Service was overbooked; I would have rescheduled, had I known. No contact day 1, even though a part needed to be ordered. No contact day two until I texted requesting an update. Sent to Enterprise for loaner, getting literally the last vehicle on the lot—a RAM 4-door pickup, with usual pressure to get all possible insurance coverage. Had I agreed the cost to me would have been over $50/day.
Did get prompt message informing me car was ready for pickup. Delayed again returning car to Enterprise, although once finally back to Lexus, things went smoothly.

There was a complete lack of communication regarding the issues with the loaner cars. My time was wasted because of the failure of the service department to timely communIcate the fact that there were no loaner cars and that I would have to wait for enterprise to pick me up and then take me to another location. I needed to get to work on a timely basis but could not do so because of the inefficient service.
