Everything as I have come to expect from Lexus and Putnam. Car was serviced with minimum inconvenience and having the courtesy car available meant that I could get everything done without having to bother my wife for a ride or take 2 Ubers.

To be clear Mario was good. The person(s) that supposedly checked my front driver side tire out 3x was NOT because I had to repeatedly bring the car back due to th4 tire continuously going flat. I wish the Putnam Lexus service matched the price of their vehicles. Quality vehicle should = quality service. I honestly feel like this company does not care and that is NOT a good feeling.
