I would suggest that you let me know of the items that potentially need fixing before you bring the car back. I would have just left it with you to do the work.
Thanks for the new floor mat at the drivers seat. It is very fresh and nice.
I have an accordion pleated pad that I suspect was used to dust off the interior. Do you need it back. Or, maybe it is something other than that.

My wife was told her service would last 4-5 hours and be ready the same day. When no one called her, she called and was told it would not be ready that day. She asked that her advisor call her back which never happened. She had to call 3 more times to speak to her advisor. She told everyone that she had no transportation the next day. She had to insist that her car be delivered to our home the next day. Poor customer service!
