Winston does a great job every time I go in to service my car. He takes care of my appointments even before I get there. Highly recommend this guy to all my friends that owns a Lexus.

Last week we were told by Winston it would cost $75 to program our own key fob. When we picked up the car yesterday the bill was $105. We made decisions based on total cost WITHOUT accurate information. Not appreciated.
