Putnam understands the issue with my last service. I came in for 15k maintenance and detailing and my car was damaged when they were moving it out of the garage. This incident has nothing to do with Fred and it was an accident. However, when I came to pick up my van today, as previously stated, I think it could have been handled much better. The office appeared to be very disorganized. I also think someone, Fred’s level or higher, should have made certain we were happy with the body repairs given it was Putnum’s fault..rather than just giving us the keys to pull out of parking on our own. I also had to return to the office as they failed to give me a copy of my paperwork. My husband came with today as he was unhappy with what happened to my car.

George was great. I drive from Novato to use your service department so I would not return if not for the consistently good experience. Unrelated to George ...a couple suggestions: 1) fix your broken water machine in the customer waiting area ...seems very un-Lexus like ...and 2) fix (or delete) your texting system - i received a text shortly after sitting in the waiting area that said thanks for coming here and text back if you have any questions, so, after waiting a few hours, I texted asking for an ETA ...but got no response, so I walked to the counter and got an update ...not a problem, but get rid of the texting system because you set an expectation that is not fulfilled and is not necessary anyways so why set yourself up for failure, just delete that system. Love your people, this is just regarding your systems.

There was some lack of communication on scheduling the shuttle pick-up at the end of the day, but these things happen. I'm happy that you provide the shuttle service.

Not only was my contact with the service department seamless and pleasant, Fred helped me think through the next year or two, whether to turn in my present car and buy a new car after I reach the 50,000 mile end to my service policy. He was so knowledgeable! A thousand times better than the experience I had wiith “Noah” your online person. I was contemplating moving to a Tesla, but now will be purchasing a hybrid in the next year or so. Overall, every time I have been in for service has been positive.

I don’t know which I love more: my Lexus or the service all of you at Putnam Lexus provide! Making appointments is easy, communication with the staff is always pleasant (Gia!), Service Rep Erik is super helpful, knowledgeable and informative. The experience of owning my Lexus and having your staff support it’s maintenance it’s truly excellent.

No one explained to me what they did to my vehicle. The wait time was not up to my prior standards and the check out process was horrible. I am thankful to Eric that I did not have to pay fir the service call since it was included in my service agreement.
