If you can continue to do that and not institute management policies that keep me waiting in your service lounge you will have a new car and service customer for life. It was the quality of the service experience that made me a 20 year plus customer of Putnam Lexus in the first place
It's funny. You guys used to be the best at getting people through the service appointment. Maybe in the next management meeting someone should raise the question, "why is it that we were so much better at getting people through the service drop off and pick up twenty years ago and why can't we do it now"?

Lexus fixed my rear view camera very quickly and efficiently. The only negative is that the same thing was done to it last year, where water got into it and blurred the image. I hope it was fixed once and for all this time.
