Mario was great as were all of my interactions with employees. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the interior of my loaner vehicle. The interior windshield was so dirty that it looked like it was fogged up when I was driving towards the sun. I tried defrosting, but nothing changed. Overall my experience was great.
