However there was a tool left my engine compartment & after my tire realignment my Left rear tire had only 34#
I would expect the tire pressure to be checked after realignment.

I was hoping not to do this and even discarded the pink questionnaire on my mirror. I do appreciate the ample concern though.
I am willing to give my feedback.
I left the waiting room upset. My first oil change/service with Lexus.
That did not go well.
I waited for over two hours.
Probably because George indicated the wait time would be approximately 2 hours including the car wash.
Over two hours later, I decided to reply to the welcome message from Lexus; in regards to the oil change; less than a minute later; there appears George from nowhere.
George indicated that my vehicle had just got done. Idiot!
My Lexus App had indicated otherwise.
To say the very least; I had an appointment; I also did not understand why people that came in the waiting room way after me; their vehicles got done and departed.
What’s the need of having an appointment anyways?
Needless to say; what kind of service had to be done on a brand new vehicle. 1st oil change. Not even a decent car wash; besides from the rain; oh and the inside came back with oil stains. I got the pictures before I departed from the scene.
Lexus Redwood City Sales is the best.
As for Service; total disappointment.

I was initially disappointed that he did not reach out to me during the appointed time and was a little frustrated about it. But he redeemed himself by keeping me up to date on status of my car. One thing I was really disappointed is premature deterioration of the shock absorber and the hood support. My vehicle has really low miles and so was really surprised that those parts will have failed. I have less the 50k miles but the shocks already leaked and the hood support for that to fail means that the hood would be open and closed regularly. But that’s not the case either. I had them replaced and was made palatable when Ben gave me his 10% discount. I still think that I should not have that issue and would néed some additional support from Lexus. I have high regards for Lexus and this really got me thinking that you are not any better than competition.
