I had an issue with a light on the roof that was not able to be addressed and unfortunately I will have to bring my car back to address that— otherwise everyone was awesome—

My 5,000 mile service took 6 hours to complete!!!! Dropped it off at 8:40 appointment time. I was originally going to wait but was told there would be lots of people so I took shuttle home - Never told that it would not be done until almost 3PM! ASAP written on work order. I wasted an entire Saturday that I will never get back. Terribly disappointed
