I spoke to Mario after reviewing my paperwork. I compared my service paperwork to my fathers (same year Lexus) who took it in at Serramonte and was charged half of what I got charged, less then a year ago. I felt you guys took advantage of me because I was a women.

One comment, I could see some smudge marks on the driver’s door.
I used a car interior cleaner but still see some marks. I’ll try some soap and water and see if I can get rid of it. Do you have any suggestions? This is not a big deal.

Everything was good but I think there is something wrong with the transmission and I don’t understand why no body can find that it gets stuck and it engages suddenly with a jump in the car that even my nice noticed. If I fell it again I will take it back.
