Two hours waiting time to have my car.
The car was returned with just a quick exterior wash.
The interior was not cleaned.
It was Saturday, a busy day, obviously you are very short
On staff.
I was promised that the car will be picked up
And returned to my condo.
Last minute, Ben asked me to drop off the car which I did.
I am disappointed with the service. The main reason I purchased another Lexus was that I liked the service. Unfortunately,
It’s no longer the same.
I could have purchased any car.
Sadly, my reason for purchasing a
Lexus IS no longer valid.
